It’s random at best from what I can tell but none of the other users are affected when packe. Everything, including the duplex function, seems to be working fine-everything except for one critical feature, and that is the ability to scan documents from the ADF (or glass, for that matter) to a folder on my PC's desktop. So I have a 3 unit office where 2 users have no issues but 1 user has issues with VoIP and internet dropping.

I have the permissions set to allow anyone full access to the entire data partition right now just to try and remove any permission issues but it just can't connect for some reason.

I can connect to the network path just fine in explorer and I have double checked the username and password along with the trying to add the domain in front of the username as well as putting the FQDN in the network path. This revealed a list of shortcut tasks with the same names as appear on the 8600’s touchscreen. However, I don't see any way to enable "scanner-initiated" scanning in that software.So we recently upgraded our Server from 2008 R2 to 2016 Standard and I can't set up the scan to network folder anymore it tells me that it cannot connect to the network folder (pictured below) I am on a different domain than before but I feel like it's a permission issue but I'm not 100% sure.
